בנועם קבלתי מכתבו מל"ג בעומר, ונהניתי במאד לקרות בו ממ"ש שהוא וזוגתו שיחיו רואים השגחה פרטית בעיני בשר שלהם, וצריך הי' להסביר לזוגתו תחי' את הענין בביאור יותר, אשר כיון שראתה במוחש איך שהשייטל הביא לה ברכה והצלחה, הרי צריכה להיות עינה טובה גם בשל אחרים וכמרז"ל במדות נותני צדקה ולהשפיע גם על סביבתה בכיוון זה, אשר כששומעים דברים כאלה מאשה שנתחנכה באויר ארצוה"ב, הנה יש לזה השפעה גדולה ביותר עליהם.
מ"ש שקונה בית במקום שאין שם בית תפלה אורטו[דו]כסית, ובמילא יתפלל בביתו בשבת, הנה בכלל אין זה סדר, אף אם פעמים בחדש יסע למקום אחר ליום הש"ק, וצריך הי' לחפש דרכים ולעשות שם עכ"פ מנין אחד, ואז יש להתיר ג"כ לקחת ספר תורה מקום שם יהי' המנין וכו', מובן שהדבר צריך להעשות באופן שלא יעורר מחלוקת יתירה ומה טוב מבלי מחלוקת כלל.
נהניתי מהפ"ש לו שמחזיק בהשיעור לימוד חסידות בכל יום וכן מאשר חידש הלימוד עם הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ כו' מוהרש"ל שי' גרינבערג, ומטובו לפרוש בשלומו הטוב משמי.
מוסג"פ מה שאמרתי להתלמידים שי' בל"ג בעומר העבר, ובטח ינצל את זה באופן המתאים גם בסביבתו, והשי"ת יצליחו ואת כל ב"ב שי' בכל המצטרך להם בגשמיות וברוחניות.

I was pleased to receive your letter from Lag BaOmer and greatly enjoyed reading that you and your wife see Divine Providence with your own eyes. It was necessary to explain to your wife in more detail that since she tangibly saw how the sheitel brought her blessing and success, she should also have a generous eye toward others. As our Sages say regarding the qualities of those who give charity, she should also influence her surroundings in this direction. When such things are heard from a woman raised in the atmosphere of America, it has a very great impact on others.
You wrote that you are buying a house in a place where there is no Orthodox synagogue and therefore will pray at home on Shabbat. In general, this is not the proper order—even if occasionally you travel elsewhere for Shabbat. One should seek ways to at least establish one minyan there; then it is also permissible to bring a Sefer Torah to where the minyan will be, etc. Of course, this must be done in a way that does not provoke extra conflict—and ideally without any conflict at all.
I was pleased with your report that you maintain daily study of Chassidus and that you have renewed learning with Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n etc. Moharsh"l Greenberg. Please kindly convey my regards to him on my behalf.
