איך בין געווען צופרידען צו הערען פון הרה"ג הרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"נ וכו' מוהרש"ז שי' העכט וועגען דער הצלה פון אייער טאכטער... תחי', און איך האף אז דאס וועט זיין א גוטע התחלה אז פון איצטער אן און ווייטער וועט איר האבען פון איר אין א פרידליכן רוהיגען אופן נחת, אידישן נחת, וואס דאס איז דער אמת'ר נחת וואס א איד קען האבן פון קינדער, אזוי איז אלעמאל געווען און בפרט אין דער צייט וואס עס זיינען פראן פילע איבערקערענישן און ענדערונגען, איז די זיכערקייט וואס מען קען געבען קינדער, איז דאס דורך דעם וואס מען פארבינדט זיי מיט דעם בורא עולם, וואס ער ברוך הוא איז דער בעל הבית פון דער גאנצער וועלט און פירט אן מיט אלע איינצעלהייטען, און דער פארבונד מיט השם יתברך איז דאס דורך דעם וואס מען לעבט א לעבען פון תורה ומצות, און השם יתברך זאל אייך העלפען, אז איר זאלט דאס אויספירען מתוך שמחה והרחבה.
ב) אויך בין געווען צופרידען, וואס איר אנערקענט און דעם צופאל פון אייער טאכטער, אז דאס איז א ענין פון השגחה פרטית, וואס דאס דארף בא אייך פארשטארקען דעם באווייז, אז השם יתברך היט אייך און אייערע בני בית, און אז מען פארשטייט איין מאל דעם וואונק - רמז - וואס מען גיט מלמעלה, איז מען דערמיט יוצא אויף לאנג און אויף דער גאנצער צייט, אז מען זאל, ח"ו, ניט דארפען נאך אמאל דערמאנען אין אזא אופן, וויילע מען געדיינקט אליין.
ג) פון יעדער זאך וואס א איד זעהט קען מען ארויסלערנען א לעסאן אויך אין דעם פערזענליכען לעבען, ווי מיר האבען דאס געהערט מערערע מאל פון מיין שווער כ"ק אדמו"ר אין נאמען פון בעל שם טוב הקדוש, און אויך פון אייערע ביזנעס קען מען ארויסלערנען א רמז אויף דעם:
ד) לויט ווי הרה"ג העכט שי' שרייבט מיר איז אייער געשעפט ארום אוטאס, די זאך פון א אוטא איז, אז דאס האט די מאטעריאלען און די קראפט דורך וועלכע ער באוועגט זיך און גייט פון איין ארט צום אנדערען, אבער דער ערשטער שטויס - דחיפה - קומט דורך א פונק, וואס דאס סטארטען איז דער אנהויב פון דער גאנצער שפעטערדיקער באוועגונג פון דעם אוטא, אבער עס איז ניט גוט אז אט דעם סטארטער פונק, זאל מען דארפען געבען אפט, אדער צו יעדער טייל באוועגונג פון דעם אוטא. אזוי איז אויך בא א מענשן ובפרט בא א אידן: דער תכלית פון א אידן איז, אז ער זאל זיין א עובד ה' - דינען דעם אויבערשטען ברוך הוא - און דינען מיט די כחות וואס השם יתברך האט אריינגעגעבען אין זיין נפש האלקית אויך מיט זיין נפש הבהמית, איז צום אנהויב אדער פון צייט צו צייט נעמט ער אויף - דער מענטש - א פונק וואס סטארטעט די גאנצע פראסידור, אבער עס איז ניט גוט, אז מען זאל דארפן אנקומען צום פונק אפטער, און זיכער אז מען דארף דאס ניט צולאזען דורך דעם וואס מען דארף זיך צוהערען צום ערשטען פונק - רמז - און דינען השי"ת מיט די אייגענע כחות וואס השי"ת האט אריינגעגעבען אין דעם מענשן,
ה) זיכער זאגט איר תהלים נאכן דאוונען יעדער אין דער פריה און עס וואלט געווען גלייך אז איר זאלט געבען יעדען מאנטאג און דאנערשטאג עטליכע סענט אויף צדקה, והשי"ת יצליחו.

I was pleased to hear from Haraha"g Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n etc. Moharsh"z Hecht regarding the salvation of your daughter... may she live, and I hope that this will be a good beginning so that from now on and onward you will have from her in a peaceful and calm manner nachas, Jewish nachas, which is the true nachas that a Jew can have from children. This has always been so, especially in times when there are many upheavals and changes; the security one can give children is through connecting them with the Creator of the world, Who blessed be He is the Master of the entire world and conducts everything in detail. And this connection with Hashem Yisborach is through living a life of Torah and mitzvos. May Hashem Yisborach help you to accomplish this with joy and expansiveness.
Also, I was pleased that you recognize in your daughter's incident that this is a matter of Divine Providence (hashgachah pratis), which should strengthen your awareness that Hashem Yisborach watches over you and your household. When one understands even once the hint—remez—that is given from Above, one thereby fulfills for a long time and for all time so that one should not need to be reminded again in such a manner (G‑d forbid), because one remembers on their own.
From everything a Jew sees one can learn a lesson also for personal life—as we have heard many times from my father-in-law, the Rebbe, in the name of the Baal Shem Tov Hakadosh—and also from your business one can learn such a hint:
According to what Haraha"g Hecht writes me, your business revolves around cars. The thing about a car is that it has materials and power through which it moves and goes from one place to another; but the first push—impulse—comes through a spark. This starting spark is the beginning of all subsequent movement of the car; but it is not good if this starter spark must be given often or at every stage of movement of the car.
So too with people—and especially with Jews: The purpose of a Jew is to be an oved Hashem—to serve the Almighty blessed be He—and to serve with all the powers that Hashem Yisborach put into his G‑dly soul as well as his animal soul. At first or from time to time he takes on—a person—a spark that starts off the whole procedure; but it is not good if one needs to rely on this spark too often. Certainly one should not allow oneself to need it by paying attention to that first spark—hint—and serve Hashem Yisborach with one's own powers which Hashem Yisborach has placed within man.
Certainly you say Tehillim after davening every morning, and it would be appropriate for you to give some cents to tzedakah every Monday and Thursday. May Hashem Yisborach grant you success.

The Rebbe teaches us to seek true Jewish nachas by connecting our children with Torah values, recognize Divine Providence in our lives as guiding hints from Above, and use our inner strengths—like an engine's initial spark—to serve Hashem consistently without needing constant external motivation.
