וחי בהם, הרי זה גם נחת רוח אמיתי לנשמות אשר בעולם האמת, ובנידון זה נשמת בתו חי' רחל עלי' השלום, יבדל לחיים טובים.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the end of Tammuz, which reached me after a considerable delay. May it be G‑d's will that from now on you will only share good news—good that is visible and revealed—and that with peace of mind and body you will continue to increase your strength in matters of goodness, matters of Torah and mitzvos. As our Sages say: "There is no good but Torah." In addition to the main point—that Torah is our life and the length of our days, and regarding its mitzvos it is said "v'chai bahem" (and you shall live by them)—this also brings true satisfaction to the souls who are in the World of Truth; in this case, the soul of your daughter Chaya Rachel, of blessed memory. May you be distinguished for a good life.
With blessings for long and good years—years that are good and productive—and for good tidings.
