מצוה מצוה, בפרט מצוה גדולה כזו הגובלת בפקו"נ במובן הרוחני, ובודאי לדכוותייהו דכת"ר לא לנתינת תודה זקוקים הם בענין חשוב כהאמור, אבל באה היא, כנ"ל, בעד הקורת רוח שנגרמה לי מההודעה עד"ז, ועוד על ההבהרה במכתבם שהעזר אינו קשור בשום תנאים צדדיים, כי אם כדי לעזור להם בקליטתם הרוחנית והחומרית. ואף שגם זה לכאורה פשוט הוא, בכל זה הרי נחוץ להסיר לזות שפתים מעסקני מפלגות אחרות. ובמילא תקל ההסתדרות של אחב"י הנ"ל וגם ההיקף שלה ככל האפשרי. ולמותר להדגיש אשר בנוגע לההסתדרות שלהם גם הפרטים שבה יכולים להשפיע על מצבם הרוחני, ובפרט בנוגע להנוער, ומוכרח לעשות כל האפשר כדי שיוכלו להמשיך וגם להוסיף בחיים על פי תורתנו תורת חיים ומצותי'

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 27th of Nissan, which arrived after some delay... Thank you for the satisfaction given by your letter regarding your plan to help our brethren who have immigrated from there. Although the reward for a mitzvah is the mitzvah itself—especially such a great mitzvah that borders on saving lives in a spiritual sense—and certainly those involved do not require thanks for such an important matter as mentioned above, nevertheless, as stated, it is in appreciation for the satisfaction I received from this report until now. Additionally, I appreciate your clarification in your letter that this assistance is not connected to any side conditions but is solely to help them with their spiritual and material absorption.
Even though this too seems obvious, it is still necessary to remove any slander from activists of other parties. Therefore, the organization of our aforementioned brethren and its scope should be as broad as possible.
It goes without saying that regarding your organization—even its details—can influence their spiritual state, especially concerning the youth. It is essential to do everything possible so they can continue and even increase living according to our Torah—the Torah of life—and its mitzvos about which it is said: "V'Chai Bahem" (and you shall live by them).
May it be G‑d's will that each one of us and all our brothers among Bnei Yisrael who are careful with the word of G‑d and His Torah and destiny—all those among Israel and their way of life, daily life according to Torah and mitzvah—will cooperate in this vital assistance. From among them—our aforementioned brethren who have immigrated from there—and from us will come praise above.
I will conclude positively and pleasantly by sealing your letter with blessings and good wishes. I am responding briefly since what needs to be said has already been stated—as Rabbi Yishmael HaKohen said: "And I will bless those who bless you." With the blessing of the Holy One Blessed Be He whose addition surpasses the principal.
