Blessings and peace!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you requested a blessing regarding [the matter] from the 17th of Nissan. At an auspicious time it will be read at the resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, may his merit protect us.
Certainly it is unnecessary to emphasize the necessity of strengthening one's conduct in daily life so that it aligns with the directives of our Torah—the Torah of life—and the fulfillment of its mitzvos about which it is said "veChai Bahem" (and you shall live by them). In addition to this being a commandment from the Holy One, blessed be He, it is also the way to receive blessings for all that a person needs.
This conduct includes—trust as required in Hashem—the Creator and Guide of man.
With blessing, on behalf of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita.
P.S. In response to your question: The concept of individual Divine Providence (of Hashem—over each and every one) is one of the foundations of our faith and Torah. Therefore there is no place for despair or anger at other people—for certainly they are not an independent force over others. Rather, the Torah says that a person must do what depends on him in a natural manner. Likewise—the means and path to drawing down Hashem's blessings for one's needs is through conduct according to Hashem's will, as above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that living according to Torah and mitzvos with trust in Hashem brings blessings. Recognizing individual Divine Providence removes despair and resentment toward others; our efforts should align with G‑d's will as the true channel for blessing.
