B"H, Eve of Rosh Chodesh Shevat, 5731.

Shalom u'Vrachah!

My opinion is well known (and for understandable reasons) that in our generation, after a decision has been made regarding a shidduch, the sooner the wedding takes place, the more praiseworthy it is.

I will mention this at the gravesite for blessing and success.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that once a shidduch is agreed upon, it is best not to delay the wedding. Promptness in moving forward with marriage brings added blessing and success.
