באם המדוברת שומרת מצות בחיי היום יומים, ז.א. הנהגתה בחיי היום יומים מתאימה להוראות תורתנו תורת חיים ובקיום מצותי' עליהם נאמר וחי בהם, יוסיפו שם להמדוברת (נוסף על שמה עתה), הוספה על פי הוראת רב, ז.א. בעת אמירת מי שברך כשיעלו לתורה וכו', ויחליטו שניהם, הוא וכן המדוברת לייסד ביתם על יסודי התורה והמצוה כאמור בהנהגה בחייהם היום יומים כנ"ל, וינשאו כדת משה וישראל.
ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בכל האמור.
ומהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלו, ובכל יום חול קודם הנחתם להפריש פרוטות אחדות לצדקה, וכן אשר יבדקו את המזוזות בדירתו שתהיינה כולן כשרות כדין.

In response to your letter from the 18th of Teves. At an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagam zya for the fulfillment of your heart's wishes for good.
Regarding your writing about the woman you met and your relationship with her, etc., if she observes mitzvos in her daily life—that is, her conduct in daily life aligns with the directives of our Torah, the Torah of Life, and in fulfilling its mitzvos about which it is said "vechai bahem" (and you shall live by them)—then an additional name should be given to her (in addition to her current name), this addition being according to a rabbi's instruction; that is, when reciting Mi Shebeirach upon being called up to the Torah, etc. Both of you should resolve—both yourself and this woman—to establish your home on the foundations of Torah and mitzvah as stated regarding conduct in your daily lives as above, and marry according to the law of Moshe and Israel.
May it be G‑d's will that you share good news regarding all the above.
It is also proper that you have your tefillin checked, and every weekday before putting them on set aside a few coins for charity. Likewise, have the mezuzos in your home checked so that they are all kosher according to halachah.

P.S. As explained in the poskim: When one party has two names (a double name) and the other only one name, there is no reason for concern at all about writing it. On them it is said "vechai bahem" (and you shall live by them): Acharei 18:5. Summary
The Rebbe teaches that building a marriage on Torah observance brings blessing. Adding a name can be beneficial when guided by halachah. Regularly checking tefillin and mezuzot and giving charity before donning tefillin are important steps for spiritual well-being.
