הנני לאשר בזה קבלת ספר שו"ת רחמים פשוטים וקונטרס דרוש ארץ ישראל שחיברם אביו הרה"ח וכו' ר' רפאל חיים משה ן' נאים ז"ל. ותשואות חן לכ' בעד שימת לבבו לשלחם אלי.
מאוחר יותר נתקבלו הספרים הנ"ל גם על ידי מר שמואל שי' חסאן. ובראותי שרצונו בכך, וגם שיהי' לעילוי נשמת אביו המחבר תנצב"ה, מסרתי את הכפולים לישיבת תומכי תמימים ליובאוויטש, בכדי שהתלמידים יוכלו לעיין בהם בכל עת מצוא.
בטח למותר לעורר את כ' שאם הספרים אזלו מן השוק כדאי ונכון שכ' ושאר בני אביו ידפיסום עוה"פ לזכות אביו ולתועלת הרבים.
על פי סגנון מכתבו, התקוה שעושה כל התלוי בו להפצת היהדות במקומו עתה, בפרט על פי מה שאמרו חכמינו ז"ל במשנתם שהאב זוכה לבניו וכולי, והובטחנו בכגון זה הבא לטהר מסייעין אותו.
ובפרט שמתקרבים אנו לימי הסגולה דחודש אלול, שאז הוא בדוגמת מלך שקודם בואו לעיר יוצאין אנשי העיר לקראתו ומקבלין פניו בשדה ואז רשאין כל מי שירצה לצאת להקביל פניו והוא מקבל את כולם בסבר פנים יפות כו' כמבואר בלקוטי תורה, פ' ראה, לב, ב לרבינו הזקן בעל התניא והשולחן ערוך.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the sefer Shut Rachamim Peshutim and the booklet Drush Eretz Yisrael, authored by your father, Haraha"ch etc. Reb Rafael Chaim Moshe ben Naim z"l. Many thanks to you for your attention in sending them to me.
Later on, these books were also received through Mr. Shmuel Hassan.
Seeing that this is your wish, and also that it should be for the elevation of your father's soul—the author—may his soul be bound up in the bond of life, I gave the duplicate copies to Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch so that the students could study them at any opportune time.
It is surely unnecessary to remind you that if these books are no longer available on the market, it would be worthwhile and proper for you and your father's other children to reprint them again for your father's merit and for the benefit of the public.
From the style of your letter, I hope that you are doing all you can to spread Judaism in your locale now—especially based on what our Sages say in their Mishnah that a father merits through his sons etc., and we are assured in such matters: "One who comes to purify is assisted."
Especially as we approach the auspicious days of Elul, which are likened to a king who, before entering his city, is met by its people who greet him in the field; then anyone who wishes may go out to greet him and he receives everyone with a pleasant countenance—as explained in Likkutei Torah, Parshas Re'eh 32b by our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch.
