במענה למכתבו מיום השני, בו כותב ראשי פרקים מאשר עבר עליהם ומסיים בסברות שונות ע"ד הסתדרותם בעתיד הקרוב.
וע"פ שמתאר המצב ונמצאים הם כבר בארצוה"ב אין כדאי לנסוע מכאן, כי אם לנצל ההיכירות שלו הקשרים ועבודתו כאן בשנים שעברו בחינוך על טהרת הקדש למען למצוא עבודה מתאימה בשבילו.
והשי"ת הזן ומפרנס את העולם כולו בטובו בחן ובחסד וברחמים ימציא להם פרנסתם במקום המתאים ובאופן המתאים.
לכתבו אודות אמוץ ילד - בודאי ידועים לו הקישוים והתסבוכת הבאים בעקבות אמוץ; וקודם לכל איסור הקירוב חבוק ונשוק וכו' שכמעט אי אפשר להזהר מזה, אשר לכן קודם שיחליטו בזה יברר כל האמור ביחד עם רב מורה הוראה (שהרי הם הנוגעים בדבר).
ומהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלו וכן את המזוזות בדירתם שתהיינה כולן כשרות כדין - באם לא נעשה כזה במשך שנים עשר חדש האחרונים -
בעת רצון יזכירו אותו ואת זוגתו תחי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

In response to your letter from Monday, in which you write main points about what you have experienced and conclude with various thoughts regarding your arrangements for the near future.
Based on how you describe the situation and since you are already in the United States, it is not advisable to travel from here. Rather, you should utilize your acquaintances, connections, and previous work here in education according to the purity of holiness to find suitable employment for yourself.
May Hashem, Who nourishes and sustains the entire world with His goodness, grace, kindness, and mercy, provide you with livelihood in an appropriate place and manner.
Regarding your writing about adopting a child—surely you are aware of the difficulties and complications that follow adoption; above all is the prohibition of close contact such as hugging and kissing etc., which is almost impossible to avoid. Therefore, before making any decision on this matter, clarify all that was mentioned together with a rabbi who is a halachic authority (since they are directly involved).
It is also proper that you check your tefillin as well as the mezuzot in your home to ensure they are all kosher according to halachah—if this has not been done within the past twelve months.
At an auspicious time, you and your wife will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden.
