Your letter was received after some delay from the seventh month (and the previous ones), which is the month overflowing with all good. You write about your mood, activities, etc., and it is surprising to read your words—especially considering that this month is overflowing and satiates others and is a general month. That is, we have been assured that its influence extends over the entire year. Therefore, there should be increased joy—not only regarding the present but also for future hopes connected to it—as is also evident from the talks of our Rebbeim Nesi'ei Yisrael related to this month or about such a month. Perhaps your mood was only temporary and since then has returned to its strength—literally, in every sense and inwardly (as explained in Chassidus in many places: in the strength of every Jew—which is the essence of the soul, its power and its precedence). Certainly this lengthy explanation is unnecessary.

Regarding your question about how to relate to a certain individual and how to influence him in several details: consult with those who know and are familiar with him.
