בנועם קבלתי הידיעה אשר ביום א' כ"ב כסלו הבע"ל עורכים מסיבת בר מצוה לקבוצה מתלמידי כתות בית הספר.
ויהי רצון, אשר כפסק חכמינו ז"ל במשנתם (מסכת אבות סוף פ' ה') כל אחד ואחד מחתני הבר מצוה יגדל מבן שלש עשרה למצוות לבן חמש עשרה וכולי, עלי' מדרגה לדרגה המנויות במשנה זו,
ויוסיפו התמדה ושקידה בלימוד התורה בכל החלקים שלה, ועוד ועיקר - שיהי' הלימוד, כהוראת חכמינו ז"ל, מביא לידי מעשה, קיום המצוות בהידור.
ונוסף על העיקר, הוא ציווי הבורא ית', הרי התורה והמצוות הם הצנורות וכלים לברכות השי"ת, להתברך הם וכל בני משפחתם - שיחיו - בהמצטרך להם בגשם וברוח.
ובעמדנו ערב י"ט כסלו, יום גאולת רבנו הזקן וגאולתנו ופדות נפשנו, יהי רצון אשר גם בהם יקויים הכתוב פדה בשלום נפשי מקרב לי כי ברבים היו עמדי, וכדרשת וביאור רבותינו ז"ל בזה הכתוב שרומז לעוסק בתורה, עוסק בגמילות חסדים (מעקרי מצוות שבין אדם לחברו) ומתפלל עם הציבור (מעקרי מצוות שבין אדם למקום).
בברכת הצלחה וקיום הברכות במילואן לכל אחד ואחד מהנכנסים למצוות ולכל המשתתפים בחגיגה רבת ערך זו, שליט"א.

With pleasure I received the news that on Sunday, the upcoming 22nd of Kislev, you are organizing a Bar Mitzvah celebration for a group of students from the school’s classes.
May it be G‑d’s will that, as our Sages of blessed memory ruled in their Mishnah (Pirkei Avot, end of chapter 5), each Bar Mitzvah boy should grow from "one who is thirteen years old for mitzvot" to "one who is fifteen," etc.—ascending from level to level as enumerated in this Mishnah—and that they increase in diligence and perseverance in Torah study in all its parts. Most importantly—that their learning, as our Sages instruct us, should lead to action: the observance of mitzvot with beauty and care.
In addition to this essential point—which is the command of the Creator—Torah and mitzvot are the channels and vessels for the blessings of Hashem Yisbarach: that they and all their family members be blessed with everything they need both materially and spiritually.
As we stand on the eve of Yud-Tes Kislev—the day of liberation of our Master the Alter Rebbe (Rabbeinu HaZaken), which is also our own redemption and the redemption of our souls—may it be G‑d’s will that in them too will be fulfilled the verse "Padah v'Shalom Nafshi MiKrav Li Ki B'Rabim Hayu Imadi" (He redeemed my soul in peace from battles against me because many were with me), as explained by our Rabbis: this verse hints at one who studies Torah, practices acts of kindness (the main mitzvot between man and his fellow), and prays with the community (the main mitzvot between man and G‑d).
With blessings for success and complete fulfillment of all blessings for each Bar Mitzvah boy and for all participants in this significant celebration—may they live long.
And with blessings for Chag HaGeulah (the Festival of Redemption).
As instructed by our Sages: Kiddushin 40b. And as expounded: Berachot 8a.
