בהמשך לשיחתנו הטלפונית וסיומה ברכת חג הגאולה, הנני לבוא גם בכתב בברכתי זו, ובסגנון שנתפרסם על ידי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר: גוט יום טוב, לשנה טובה בלימוד החסידות ודרכי החסידות תכתבו ותחתמו.
בנועם קבלתי הידיעה שנסיעתו חזרה לאה"ק ת"ו היתה בסדר ובשלום, והתקוה שגם הענינים אודותם דברנו יסתדרו כרצוי, ובזה כמובן וגם פשוט - הפדי' והחרות של כל אלו שדברנו אודותם. ולא עוד אלא כסיסמת י"ט כסלו, יום סגולה זה, אשר פדה בשלום נפשי.
ובפרט שעל ידי זה הנה בודאי יוסיפו הם וכל אשר להם בענינים המובאים בפירוש חכמינו ז"ל על הכתוב פדה בשלום נפשי מקרב לי כי ברבים היו עמדי: אמר הקב"ה כל העוסק בתורה ובגמילות חסדים ומתפלל עם הציבור מעלה אני עליו כאילו פדאני לי ולבני מבין אומות העולם (ברכות ח, א).
ויהי רצון שתהי' זו התחלה קרובה לגאולת כל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל וגאולת עם ישראל בגאולה האמתית והשלימה, פדות הקב"ה ובניו מבין אומות העולם, על ידי משיח צדקנו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Following our telephone conversation and its conclusion with a blessing for the Festival of Redemption, I am also writing to convey this blessing in writing, in the style publicized by my revered father-in-law the Rebbe: Gut Yom Tov! May you be inscribed and sealed for a good year in the study of Chassidus and the ways of Chassidus.
I was pleased to receive the news that your return trip to Eretz HaKodesh was smooth and peaceful. I hope that the matters we discussed will also be resolved favorably—and this obviously includes the redemption and freedom of all those about whom we spoke. Moreover, as is the slogan of Yud Tes Kislev—this auspicious day—Asher Pada VeShalom Nafshi ("Who redeemed my soul in peace").
Especially since through this they—and all who are theirs—will surely increase in those matters explained by our Sages on the verse Pada VeShalom Nafshi MiKrav Li Ki BeRabim Hayu Imadi ("He redeemed my soul in peace from battles against me because many were with me"): The Holy One says: Whoever occupies himself with Torah and acts of kindness and prays with the community—I consider it as if he has redeemed Me and My children from among the nations of the world (Berachos 8a).
May it be G‑d's will that this be a close beginning to the redemption of every single Jew and of the Jewish people—the true and complete redemption: G‑d's redemption of His children from among the nations through our righteous Moshiach.
With esteem, respect, and blessings for the Festival of Redemption.
