In response to your notification that a daughter was born to your daughter Mrs. Nechama, may she live, for good fortune, and her name in Israel is Mariasha Miriam Badana, may she live long—may it be the will of Hashem that her parents raise her to Torah, marriage, and good deeds with abundance. May they derive much Chassidic nachas from her and all their descendants.

At an auspicious time I will mention them at the holy tziyun for outstanding success in all matters concerning them as you write.
Regarding what you wrote about learning all day etc.—the methods of promoting this and its timing—they should clarify these according to the conditions of the place and people involved. Seemingly it should not begin before they have a detailed and practical plan. The greatness of this matter cannot be adequately described in a letter. The firmness of my father-in-law the Rebbe (close to his arrival in America) is well known, as are his strongest words against the heads of yeshivos and G‑d-fearing activists here—so long as they would add even one hour to Torah studies; how much more so in our case.
