In response to your letter from Thursday, in which you write about your sefer Tikun Eruvin, etc., and your opinion regarding the above, and in general about the great necessity of making an eruv—I have already written about this in my previous letter to you.
As for what you wrote about a haskamah (endorsement), what can I do—this is not the custom in Beis HaRav (the Rebbe's household). I believe I already told you this as well during our face-to-face conversation. Please accept my apologies.
