ובודאי למותר לעורר שככל שמוסיפין בעניני תורה ומצות, וככל שיהי' המצב טוב בזה הרי בעניני טוב וקדושה תמיד יש מקום להוסיף עוד, מתוסף עי"ז בברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך לאדם וביתו.
וביחוד עסקנותו להחדיר היהדות ועניני' בסביבתו וביחוד בשטח החינוך על טהרת הקדש, וכלשונו שפעל והפעיל בכל כחו לטבת ביה"ס הדתי חבד"י אשר שם עוד כמה מחבריו, תעמוד לו ולב"ב ולהם ולב"ב בהוספה בברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך בגשמיות וברוחניות, ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בכל הענינים אודותם כותב במכתבו זה וכן בהנוגע לענינים הכללים ובזה - מביסוס והתפתחות באיכות וכמות של ביה"ס החבד"י.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור.
נ"ב. כיון שמזכיר במכתבו בהנוגע לדוחק בפרנסה, ידועה עצת חז"ל בזה להרבות בצדקה ולחלק את הסכום לתתו ברבות פעמים, ומהזמנים המסוגלים לזה הוא בכל יום חול קודם תפלת הבקר.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 15th of Adar Sheni: At an auspicious time, all those you mention will be remembered at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may the memory of the righteous be a blessing for life in the World to Come—each one for what they need according to your letter's content.
Certainly it is unnecessary to remind you that as one increases in matters of Torah and mitzvos, and as one's situation improves in these areas—for in matters of goodness and holiness there is always room to add more—this increases Hashem's blessings in all that a person and his household need.
Especially regarding your involvement in strengthening Judaism and its matters within your environment, particularly in the area of education according to the purity of holiness—as you wrote that you acted and influenced with all your strength for the benefit of the Chabad religious school where several of your friends are also present—this will stand for you and your family and for them and their families as an added merit for Hashem's blessings in all material and spiritual needs. May it be G‑d's will that you share good news about all the matters you wrote about in this letter as well as regarding general matters—especially regarding the establishment and qualitative and quantitative development of the Chabad school.
Blessings for good tidings in all mentioned above.
P.S. Since you mention financial difficulty in your letter: The advice known from our Sages is to increase giving tzedakah (charity) and to divide the sum into many installments; one especially auspicious time for this is every weekday before morning prayers.
