With pleasure I received your letter in which you write about the founding of your branch and the election of the committee. May it be His will that you immediately proceed to action and utilize these days—days of favor in the month of Elul and the days of Tishrei—to their fullest. There is nothing that stands in the way of willpower.

And in these days, as our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe writes in Likkutei Torah Parshas Re'eh p. 32b: 'From the King of kings, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, anyone who wishes may go out to greet Him, and He receives everyone with a pleasant countenance and shows a smiling face to all,' as it is written: 'Ya'er Hashem Panav Eilecha' ("May Hashem make His face shine upon you"). Therefore, may it be His will that your boundaries increase quantitatively and that you ascend ever higher in your work qualitatively.

With abundant blessings for outstanding success in the above and with blessings for a good inscription and sealing.
