במה ששואל חוות דעתי אודות השתתפות בחוברת תורנית הנה תלוי באופי החוברת, היינו אם תשמש להכשיר ענינים שונים (וכידוע השיטה באיזה חוגים שקבעו לסיסמא שלהם מרז"ל כחא דהתירא עדיף) - הרי על הראשונים אנו מצטערים. ואם הוא עינן של יגדיל תורה ויאדיר - הרי מובן שמתאים לזה משתנית גם ההחלטה. ועפ"י הרוב יש לברר הנ"ל רק ע"י היכרות קרובה עם העומדים בראש והמחליטים בכיוון החוברת.
וברובא דרובא מתברר זה רק לאחר הופעת החוברת הראשונה עכ"פ. והשי"ת ינחהו בדרך הישרה והטובה, ואין טוב אלא תורה תמימה ביראת שמים.

Regarding your question about my opinion on participating in a Torah journal, it depends on the nature of the journal. If it serves to legitimize various matters (as is known in certain circles who have adopted as their slogan the saying of our Sages: 'kocha d'heteira adif'—the strength of leniency is preferable), then we regret those who came before us. But if it is a matter of increasing and glorifying Torah, then it is understood that the decision changes accordingly.
In most cases, this can only be clarified through close acquaintance with those at the helm and those making decisions about the direction of the journal. And in the vast majority of cases, this only becomes clear after at least the first issue has been published.
May Hashem guide you on the straight and good path, and there is nothing good except complete Torah with awe of Heaven.
