Shalom u'Vrachah!

[Free translation] After a very long pause, your letter from the 13th of Sivan was received. I was especially happy to read that you have become engaged and that your wedding will take place at the end of the summer in a good and auspicious hour. However, you did not specify the exact date of the wedding.

Regarding what you write—that you do not have time to set fixed times for Torah study beyond three times a week and on Shabbos—first of all, one must find at least ten to fifteen minutes every day for fixed Torah study. When there is a will, it is possible to find this time.

In addition, one should know by heart several chapters of Mishnayos and at least one chapter of Tanya so that when you go out to work and return home you can review them by heart. This will bring you success not only in matters related to your spiritual life but also in your material life.

I hope to hear good news and wish you happiness—and especially Mazal Tov on your engagement.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that even with a busy schedule, it is essential to dedicate daily time for Torah study and internalize its teachings by heart. This commitment brings blessing both spiritually and materially, especially as one enters new life stages like engagement.
