I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 22nd of Shevat as well as the two previous ones. I was pleased to read that you have already received the visa. Since, according to your letter, the military rabbi is concerned about the lack of a replacement at his place of service—which certainly affects the spiritual matters of those in the military—it is necessary to arrange this matter and ensure that there will be no deficiencies in these areas. As with all matters of holiness—if it is possible to add even more, how much better.

I was pleased by what you wrote regarding the content of your conversations with your students—that their 'therefore' relates to fulfilling practical mitzvos, which is man's entire purpose. In order for this to be done with vitality and lasting impact, it is also essential that they know about 'the light within Torah,' which is Toras HaChassidus—its customs and guidance.

May Hashem grant you success in sharing good news regarding all the above, as well as in your wife's health and all your personal matters.

P.S. Enclosed is a copy of my recent letter written these days to Agudat Noar here—a youth group whose knowledge of Torah and mitzvos is extremely limited—and I hope it will benefit him in his discussions with his group.
