ומובן אשר אם מכל התועדות צ"ל בכן, הרי עאכו"כ מהתועדות כהנ"ל ובנוגע לבני תורה היינו בכן בתוספת אומץ בלימוד תורת הנגלה ובתורת החסידות.

After they study the maamar for the day of histalkus, "Basi LeGani" (either in full or in part), let the mashpi'im farbreng with them, explaining the concept of the Nasi HaDor in general and specifically the Nasi of Chabad. And as explained in the letter at the beginning of the kuntres for Yud Beis Tammuz, Hashem has not abandoned nor will abandon His flock, as is understood—with additional explanation appropriate to those participating. And it is clear that if this is necessary at every farbrengen, then how much more so at such a farbrengen as this one and regarding bnei Torah—meaning this should be done with increased strength in studying both nigleh and Chassidus.
