Shalom u'Vrachah!
In continuation to my letter from the 9th of Tammuz, in the meantime I received your letter stating that you do not know my stories and holy talks, etc., and therefore you do not share them! If so, the wonder is even greater than if you knew and did not write. But what can I do? The Jewish person, being rooted in Atzmus (the Essence), truly possesses free will, as explained in Likkutei Torah, Vayikra Vehenif p. 83.
Enclosed is a letter that was given yesterday.
With blessings for all good things, M. Schneersohn
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every Jew has true free will because of their deep-rooted essence in Atzmus. Even when one claims ignorance of stories or teachings, the responsibility to share remains significant due to this inherent capacity for choice.
