In response to your letter from the 27th of Menachem Av.
At an auspicious time, you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, in accordance with the content of your letter.
May it be G‑d's will, as it is written: "Et Biti Natati La'Ish HaZeh" (I have given my daughter to this man), that all the above should be fulfilled in this matter; that is, that the giving should be from one's good will, and to a man who is important and righteous (see Shemot 2:1; Zohar I, 237a).
With blessings for good news and to be inscribed and sealed for good, in the name of the Rebbe shlita, Mazkir.
P.S. Since everything is by Divine Providence, I feel obligated (and privileged) to remind you of the necessity to set fixed times for studying the inner dimension of Torah which in our generation has been revealed through Chassidus—especially since you are a Kohen.
