דער הויכפונקט פון דער היינטיקער סדרה פרשת שלח, איז די שליחות פון די צוועלף פארשטייער פון אידישן פאלק וועמען משה רבינו האט געשיקט אומרייזן און אויספארשן די לאנד וואס דער אויבערשטער האט די אידן צוגעזאגט, ארץ ישראל.
אייגענטלעך, איז ניט פארשטענדלעך: וויבאלד אז די שליחות איז געשיקט געווארן פון משה רבינו, איז דאך דאס געוויס לויט דער תורה, איז פארוואס דערופן ארויסגעקומען אן אומגליק און בכי' לדורות, אן אומגליק וואס האט זיך אפגערופן אויך אויף שפערטערדיקע דורות?
דער ענטפער איז: די שליחות איז טאקע געווען אין איינקלאנג מיט דעם תורה צוזאג, וואס פאדערט אז א איד, סיי דער יחיד און סיי דער כלל, זאל טאן וואס איז אפהענגיק פון אים בדרך הטבע (אויף א נאטירלעכן אופן), אבער דערביי דארף ער וויסן, אז די ברכה און הצלחה קומט פון דעם אויבערשטען, און אויב נויטיג אפילו למעלה מדרך הטבע (איבערנאטירלעך). די מרגלים האבן אבער ניט אין דעם זין געטאן און גערעדט. זיי האבן געמאכט זייערע אייגענע חשבונות וועגן אויסגאנג און דערפאלג פון דעם אייננעמען ארץ ישראל און האבן גענומען אנרעדען די אידן מען זאל ניט מקיים [זיין] (ערפילן) דעם אויבערשטענס אנזאג.
יעדע אונטערנעמונג, אין פריוואטן לעבן און בפרט אין כלל זאכן - פונקט ווי דאס גאנצע אידישע לעבן, איז א שליחות פון דעם אויבערשטען.
אויב מען דערלאזט ניט אז מענשלעכע חשבונות זאלן פארטונקלען דעם בטחון אין דעם אויבערשטען, איז דער דערפאלג - געזיכערט. יעדער איינער און איינע דארף טאן אלץ וואס איז אפהענגיק פון זיי, און דער אויבערשטער וועט מצליח זיין למעלה מדרך הטבע (אויף אן איבערנאטירלעכן אופן).
בפרט אן אונטערנעמונג וועלכע האט פאר איר ציל און אויפגאבע - צו העלפן א מוסד חינוך על טהרת הקדש, אן אונטערנעמונג וועלכע פארבינט דירעקט די אנטיילנעמער מיט דער תורה הקדושה און דעם אויבערשטן, איז זיכער אז דער זכות התורה און זכות הרבים קומט צו הילף. און וואס גרעסער די אנשטרענגונג צו דערפילן די שליחות אין דער פולסטער מאס, אלץ גרעסער איז די ג-טלעכע ברכה - און ניט נאר פאר דער הצלחה פון דער ארבעט, נאר אויך אין דעם וואס מען נויטיקט זיך אין פערזענלעכן און פאמיליען לעבן, נחת פון קינדער, געזונט און פרנסה בהרחבה.
בברכת הצלחה און צו גוטע בשורות אין דער ארבעט און - בכלל.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
The highlight of today's Torah portion, Parshas Shelach, is the mission of the twelve representatives of the Jewish people whom Moshe Rabbeinu sent to tour and explore the land that the Almighty promised to the Jews—Eretz Yisrael.
In truth, it is puzzling: Since this mission was sent by Moshe Rabbeinu, it was certainly according to Torah. So why did it end in tragedy and tears for generations—a calamity that affected later generations as well?
The answer is: The mission was indeed in line with the Torah's directive that a Jew—both individually and collectively—should do what depends on him in a natural way (according to nature). However, he must know that blessing and success come from the Almighty—and if necessary, even beyond nature (supernaturally).
The spies did not act or speak with this understanding. They made their own calculations about the outcome and success of conquering Eretz Yisrael and began discouraging the Jews from fulfilling the Almighty's command.
Every undertaking—in private life and especially in communal matters—just like all Jewish life itself, is a mission from the Almighty. If one does not allow human calculations to obscure trust in the Almighty, then success is assured.
Each person must do everything within their power, and the Almighty will grant success beyond nature (in a supernatural manner).
This is especially true for an endeavor whose goal and purpose is to help an educational institution dedicated to purity and holiness—an undertaking that directly connects its participants with the holy Torah and with the Almighty. Certainly, then, the merit of Torah and merit of many comes to assist.
The greater one's effort to fulfill this mission to its fullest extent, the greater will be G‑d's blessing—not only for success in this work but also for all personal and family needs: nachas from children, health, and abundant livelihood.

Trusting in G‑d while acting naturally brings true success. When we dedicate ourselves fully to holy missions—especially those benefiting education—the blessings extend beyond our efforts into every area of our lives.
