המצפה לבשו"ט בטוב האמתי שהוא לשמים ועד לבריות.

Here is copied the text of the telegram that our honored Rebbe shlita agreed to send you today:
Organizing committee, each of the guests shlita: In continuation to what was discussed with them here, please convey to Aguch, Tzeirei Aguch, Nshei U'Bnos Chabad and all Anash my hope that they will utilize these auspicious days between redemption and redemption as required. To awaken, with vitality and Ahavas Yisrael (love for a fellow Jew), themselves and others wherever their influence reaches; to prepare the faculties of Chabad, Chagat etc., and the garments for the celebration of Rosh Hashanah of Chassidus; and to arouse a true inner desire and will. It is stated: "He who comes to purify is assisted."
Awaiting good news in true goodness — which is for Heaven and also for people.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that during special days between redemptions we should awaken ourselves and others with Ahavas Yisrael, prepare inwardly for spiritual celebrations, and act with true inner desire—knowing that one who seeks purity receives Divine assistance.
