לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מב' מנ"א, ולשאלתו בהנוגע לקביעת מועד לכניסה לדירה החדשה.
ע"פ מאמר רז"ל הידוע, באם אפשר לא בחדש זה כי אם בחדש אלול חדש
הרחמים - מהנכון הוא, ומנהגנו להכניס לכל לראש סידור חומש תהלים ותניא, נוסף על המנהג (שכמדומה פשוט הוא בכל מקום) דלחם ומלח.
בהנוגע לקביעות המזוזות, עליו לדרוש על מנהג אה"ק ת"ו בכגון דא, ומנהגנו ובחו"ל *, לקבוע תיכף לכניסה בלא ברכה, וביום השלשים מסירים מזוזה אחת לבדקה (או להחליפה במהודרה) וקובעים אותה בברכה בכוונה להוציא כל שאר המזוזות.
לכתבו בהנוגע לאמירת ברכות השחר בצבור, - ידוע מנהגנו לאומרם בבית ובפרט בתקופתנו שכמה זמן בין הקימה לביאה לבית הכנסת ובינתים אי אפשר שלא יבטא דבר תורה וכו'.
בעת רצון יזכירוהו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מתאים לתוכן כתבו, ותקותי אשר יוסיף בבשו"ט בעניני בריאות ובעניני הפצת היהדות והפצת המעינות בפרט, וביחוד אשר השנה היא שנת המאתים להסתלקות הילולא של מורנו הבעל שם טוב ז"ל, שנת סגולה להפצת מעינותיו שהיא היא תורת החסידות ועד שיגיעו גם חוצה, ויעשה זה מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב.

After the longest interval, your letter from 2 Menachem Av was received. Regarding your question about setting a date to move into the new apartment: based on the well-known saying of our Sages, if possible it is better not to do so in this month but rather in Elul—the month of mercy—which is preferable. Our custom is to first bring in a Siddur, Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya in addition to the common custom (which I believe is universal) of bread and salt.
Regarding affixing mezuzot: you should inquire about the custom in Eretz HaKodesh in such cases. Our custom—and that of those outside Israel—is to affix them immediately upon moving in without a blessing; on the thirtieth day one removes one mezuzah to check (or replace it with a more beautiful one), then reaffixes it with a blessing with intent to include all other mezuzot.
As for your question about reciting Birkot HaShachar communally: our custom is to say them at home—especially nowadays when there is often a long time between waking up and arriving at shul, during which it is impossible not to utter words of Torah etc.
At an auspicious time you will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, according to the content of your letter. I hope you will continue sharing good news regarding health matters and especially in spreading Judaism and Chassidus. This year marks two hundred years since our teacher the Baal Shem Tov's passing—a special year for spreading his teachings (which are Chassidus) until they reach even "outside," and may you do so with joy and gladness of heart.
