... בודאי למותר לעוררו, שאין ליפול ברוח באם היתה בעבר איזה שגיאה בהנהגה באיזה ענינים. וכמו אלו שמסרו לי מהנ"ל, כי הרי רגיל הדבר בכל פעולות בני אדם, וכדרז"ל שאין אדם עומד על דבר הלכה אא"כ וכו'. ונוהג שאדם לומד מהשגיאות פי כמה - בהנוגע ליושר הנהגה לעתיד. והרי זכות הרבים וזכות רבותינו נשיאינו מסייעתם ומלוה אותם בפעולותיהם.
בברכה לבשו"ט בכל הענינים אודותם כותבים ולפורים שמח ופעיל על כל הימים הבאים לאחרי זה,

... Certainly it is unnecessary to remind you not to become disheartened if there was a mistake in conduct in some matters in the past. As those who reported to me from you said, this is common in all human actions, as our Sages say: 'A person does not fully grasp a matter of halachah unless...' It is customary that a person learns much more from mistakes—especially regarding proper conduct for the future.
The merit of the many and the merit of our Rebbeim assist and accompany them in their activities.
With blessings for good news in all matters about which you write, and for a joyous and impactful Purim for all the days that follow.
