ואם בכללות עניני החסידות ידוע פס"ד בית דין של מעלה, אשר - בגלל המסירות נפש הלזו (של אדה"ז) פסקו בבית דין של מעלה, אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה, עאכו"כ בענין ההפצה בין בני תורה, וכידוע ההשתדלות של אדמו"ר הזקן בזה בראשית נשיאותו ועוד מקודם לזה, וכמסופר מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.

In response to your letter from the 19th of Menachem Av and its attached good news from Anash there. May it be G‑d's will that you will soon report further good news—both for yourself and your family, as well as for Anash there—may it be in a way of increasing and ever-growing light. This is especially understood regarding an increase in your holy work of spreading the wellsprings outward as described above.
It is known regarding all matters of chassidus that there is a ruling from the Heavenly Court: because of this self-sacrifice (of the Alter Rebbe), it was decreed Above that in every matter of Torah, fear of Heaven, and good character traits, those connected to him and following his path will prevail. All the more so regarding spreading among Torah scholars, as is known about the Alter Rebbe's efforts in this at the beginning of his leadership and even before then, as related by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
