In connection with the various activities of Beis Lubavitch, which will surely, with G‑d's help, be broadened and expanded, and as new areas of work will be added, it is my opinion that there should be someone as an executive—who will devote himself specifically to the affairs of Beis Lubavitch, with the dedication required for the success of this work.

And since in the coming days the Avrech haVavac"h iy"a nu"n baal middos v'rav pealim Nachman Sudak is traveling again to London—who has already done similar work here and achieved very good results—and as I have spoken with him, it would be appropriate for many reasons that he utilize his abilities and knowledge in strengthening and spreading Judaism in general and spreading the wellsprings in particular in London and its surroundings. Therefore, the Parvaltnungs Committee of Beis Lubavitch should consider his candidacy for the above-mentioned necessary position.

Not knowing exactly what resources are needed for Beis Lubavitch's activities, and so as not to burden its budget—at least at first—it should be put on the agenda that simultaneously with his above-mentioned activities at Beis Lubavitch, he should also give a class—either a general one or for a suitable group.

I also hope that if this proposal is realized properly and fittingly, then Mrs. Fradel will also be able to lead educational matters at Beis Lubavitch—especially since she has already worked in this field there for some time, and according to reports, this has been successful.
