כבר דאגתי להעדר מכתבו כפי רגילותו בערב ר"ח כסלו הוא חדש הנסים והגאולה, וכנראה שביאור עכוב זה הוא תוכן מכתבו שנתקבל ז"ע בהנוגע למצב בריאותו.
ויהי רצון שכשם שמודיע ע"ד הטבה בזה, הנה ילך המצב הלוך וטוב עד שיחזור לאיתנו בכל המובנים, ועיין ג"כ בד"ה משכיל לאיתן לרבנו הזקן (נדפס בקונטרס לימוד החסידות).

I have already noticed the absence of your letter as is your custom on the eve of Rosh Chodesh Kislev, which is the month of miracles and redemption. It seems that the reason for this delay is the content of your letter that was recently received regarding your health condition.
May it be G‑d's will that just as you report improvement in this matter, your situation will continue to get better until you return to full strength in every sense. See also the discourse "Maskil LeEitan" by our master the Alter Rebbe (printed in the booklet on learning Chassidus).
Thank you very much for what you wrote at the end of your letter about the content of your dream. May it be G‑d's will that from this month—the third month from Tishrei, corresponding to Yarcha Telitai beginning anew with Nissan—both Nigleh (the revealed aspect) of Torah and its inner dimension will draw down triple blessings for each and every one within Am Telitai (the triple nation) in all three aspects: children, life, and sustenance; and that there will be abundance in all these areas. We are now in a complete year—a leap year.
This is especially so according to what is explicitly stated in Rambam's commentary on Mishnayot Arakhin 9:3. Although for now I have not found a companion for this idea.
Blessings for good news—good that is visible and revealed in all that was mentioned above.
