After the longest break, your letter from 7 Adar Sheni was received, bringing good news about your improved health. May it be G‑d's will that you return to full strength in every sense, as explained in the discourse Maskil LeEitan HaEzrachi by our master the Alter Rebbe (printed in the booklet on studying Chassidus), and may you share good news in all matters—both general and personal—as one depends on the other.

Regarding your question: Someone asked you to provide in writing an explanation of what Chabad Chassidus is, and you ask whether you are qualified for this. The individual in question is of a special type who does not accept explanations from just anyone on this topic. Since he turned to you, it is appropriate to fulfill his request according to your knowledge. As for your concern about being qualified—certainly you will cite sources for him, and most importantly, tell him about your reservation.

For several reasons it is advisable that you keep a copy of what you give him so that if appropriate, it can be used elsewhere as well.
