ובהיותי היום על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע הזכרתיו וכל אלו שכותב אודותם מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
ויהי רצון כיון שבחדש אדר שעליו נאמר ונהפוך הוא על כל החדש, כן יהי' בכל עניניו שכותב בתכ"י.
והרי לכמה דיעות ובכמה ענינים אדר הראשון הוא אדר או דכחדש אחד הם.
והפס"ד וחיתום אורח חיים - וטוב לב משתה תמיד בשמחת כו'.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Tuesday, which is doubly good.
And today, when I was at the holy Tziyun of my father-in-law the Rebbe, of blessed memory, I mentioned you and all those about whom you wrote, according to the content of your letter.
May it be G‑d's will that just as in the month of Adar it is said 'VeNahafoch Hu' (and it was turned around) regarding the entire month, so too should it be in all your matters that you wrote about in your letter.
And indeed, according to several opinions and in various matters, the first Adar is considered Adar or as one month with the second. And the halachic ruling and conclusion in Orach Chaim is: "And a cheerful heart has a continual feast," always with joy etc.
