With pleasure I received your letter from the fifth candle, in which you write that with the help of Hashem your efforts succeeded in organizing a Talmud Torah in our ninth camp and that you are striving to expand it, both in quantity—that is, in the number of students—and also in quality—the level of studies. May it be G‑d's will that this be with outstanding success, especially since this is a vital matter in our times generally and particularly in Eretz HaKodesh. Therefore, the merit of the many assists you. And since the measure of the Holy One is measure for measure but multiplied many times over, may Hashem fulfill all your heart’s desires for good: that you and your wife raise all your children to Torah, marriage, and good deeds with true abundance.

P.S. Regarding what you wrote about the attitude toward those whose parents are not yet observant of Torah and mitzvos: it is obvious that they should not be pushed away—on the contrary! With proper effort one ultimately succeeds not only in bringing the children closer to Torah and mitzvos but also influencing their parents and entire families as is clearly seen in practice.
