In response to your letter from the 2nd of Kislev, it is surprising that you again do not mention publishing in the newspapers read by Jews in your country matters of Chassidus and about the environment of Chassidus. Especially since, as I recall, some years ago you wrote that you had spoken and befriended the editor of a newspaper published there, and surely the benefit of this does not need explanation or elaboration.

I hope, even though you do not write about it as I mentioned regarding preparations for Yud-Tes Kislev, that you are preparing a detailed plan on how to utilize this day for spreading the wellsprings outward, and in such a way that its impression will be felt during the weeks and months following. Since it is called the Rosh Hashanah for Chassidus and its ways—which certainly also means "head" and not merely "beginning," just as the head includes the vitality of all limbs as explained elsewhere—there is nothing that stands in the way of willpower, for indeed the ability has been granted.
