לויט ווי איך האב שוין געשריבען צו אייניגע פון די תושבי כפר חב"ד, אז כפר חב"ד איז גוט פאר יעדערן פון זיי ובני ביתו שיחיו, ניט נאר ברוחניות נאר אויך בגשמיות, ובפרט ווער עס האט זוכה געווען ניט נאר צו לעבען אין כפר חב"ד נאר אויך צו האבען די מעגליכקייט אויף צו פארשטארקען און פארגרעסערען דעם כפר חב"ד, איז זיין זכות און שכר פיל מער גרויס, און פארשטענדליך אז מיט דער ארבעט טוט מען א טובה ניט נאר איינעם אדער איינציגע נאר דאס איז א טובה כללית פארן כפר און באזונדער ספעציעל טובה פאר דעם וואס טוט און ארבעט אין דעם, און פון דעם איז פארשטענדליך אז אויב עס מאכען זיך שוועריקייטען אין דער ארבעט אדער אנדערע בארעכענען דאס ניט ווי געהעריג, האט דאס גאר קיין שייכות צו דעם, אז מען זאל טראכטען וועגען אויפהערען די ארבעט און דורך דעם טאן שאדען ח"ו דעם כלל און ח"ו ניט צו זיך.
געוויס דארפמען זעהען אז די באציהונג די ניט געהעריגער זאל בטל ווערען און די מכשולים זאלען באזייטיגט ווערען, ובכלל דורך דרכי שלום דערגרייכט פיל מער איידער דורך אנדערע וועגען, און בפרט לויטן ווארט פון רבנו הזקן אז ואהבת לרעך כמוך איז א כלי צו די גאר גאר גרעסטע מצות.
און השם יתברך זאל העלפען, אז צו דעם נייעם יאהר און נאך פריער זאל זיין אלץ מער שלום און די דערנעהנטערונגען פון אלע אנשי כפר חב"ד, יעדער איינער מיט דעם אנדערען און אלע צוזאמען זאלען בריינגען א כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה.

Bracha v'Shalom!
In response to your letter in which you write about the difficulties that have recently arisen in your husband's work.
As I have already written to several of the residents of Kfar Chabad, Kfar Chabad is good for each of them and their families, not only spiritually but also materially. Especially one who has merited not only to live in Kfar Chabad but also to have the opportunity to strengthen and expand Kfar Chabad—his merit and reward are much greater. It is understood that through this work one does a favor not only for an individual but a general favor for the entire Kfar and especially a special benefit for the one who works in this effort.
From this it is clear that if difficulties arise in the work or others do not properly appreciate it, this has no connection to considering stopping the work and thereby harming G‑d forbid the community and G‑d forbid oneself. Certainly, one must see that improper attitudes should be nullified and obstacles removed; generally, through peaceful ways much more is achieved than through other means. Especially according to the words of Rabbeinu HaZaken that 'VeAhavta L'Reiacha Kamocha' ("Love your fellow as yourself") is a vessel for the very greatest mitzvos.
And may Hashem Yisbarach help that for this new year—and even before—there should be ever more peace and closeness among all members of Kfar Chabad; each one with another and all together should bring about a ketivah v'chatimah tovah l'shanah tovah u'metukah (a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year).
