It is surprising that for several weeks there have been no letters from you, even though surely the days of vacation were used appropriately for the activities of Tzeirei Agudas Chassidei Chabad in general and especially for those activities within this framework in particular.

Now I am writing to emphasize the utmost necessity to prepare a detailed plan regarding the upcoming month of Tishrei, which is a month filled with abundance in every aspect, as our Sages say about this (Vayikra Rabbah ch. 29:8; see there at length).

My intention here is for Tzeirei Agudas Chassidei Chabad, Nshei Chabad, and all matters of Chabad both in Eretz HaKodesh and throughout the entire world. Just as the month of Elul is not only about accounting for the past but also about good preparation for the future.

Certainly you will convey my words wherever your influence reaches since there is not enough time to write at length to each individual. May it be G‑d's will that you bring good news regarding all of the above.
