Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter in which you write about your emotional state, the doctors' opinions, and that you are suffering greatly, etc.
It is surprising, for you are young in age and have already merited to be involved in kosher education—that is, bringing the hearts of Jewish children closer to our Father in Heaven. From this it is understood and obvious that if even a human being feels gratitude and wants to do everything possible for someone who brings his children's hearts closer to him, how much more so our Father in Heaven, Who is the essence of good and all-powerful, surely bestows blessing and success upon those who strive to bring His children's hearts closer to Him. And if Hashem is with me (then it is obvious that) I will not fear (for) what can man do to me—as our Torah of Life teaches.
It is understood that every person experiences changes—including changes in mood—but it is clear that one should not exaggerate or magnify this. An unpleasant mood is only something passing; however, for it to pass more quickly, the above contemplation helps—even for a short time. Especially when you remember one of the foundations of our faith explained so beautifully in Chassidus: the concept of Divine Providence—literally as it sounds—that the Creator of the world watches over every individual in all their matters and details upon details.
I hope that after the education you have received, even these few lines will suffice to set you on the truth: that we are found in a world about which the Creator says 'And G‑d saw that it was good,' as our great teacher Rambam explains at length in his works on this subject. One should not seek many calculations that obscure reality and distort the truth.
The conclusion from all this is that you should stop focusing on your mood etc., and your faith in the Creator Who watches over everyone will bring vitality, energy, and joy into all your affairs. You will live a simple life without tangled thoughts—you will be happy on the path of Torah and mitzvos.
Awaiting good news regarding all of the above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that faith in Divine Providence helps overcome emotional struggles. By focusing on one's mission and trusting G‑d's care for every detail, one finds strength, joy, and clarity even during difficult times.
