והנה כנראה אשר מצב היהדות שם אינו כדבעי, וצע"ג אם יש שם אותם הענינים אודותם כותב. ובכל אופן אין המשרה מתאמת לאברך שעתה נתחתן, וצריך להיות בסביבה של יראי שמים שומרי תורה ומצות, או עכ"פ בסמיכות לה.
והשי"ת ימציא לו פרנסתו ופרנסת ביתו במנוחה ובהרחבה, ובאופן שיוכל לנצל כשרונותיו להחזקת היהדות והפצתה.
בעת רצון אזכיר את כל אלו שכותב אודותם על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ובטח שומר הוא שיעורי חת"ת (חומש תהלים תניא) וזוגתו תחי' נוהגת במנהג בנות ישראל הכשרות להפריש לצדקה קודם הדלקת הנרות בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב, ועל כל פנים תעשה כן מכאן ולהבא.

In response to your letter from the 18th of Menachem Av, where you ask about the situation in India, etc. It appears that the state of Judaism there is not as it should be, and it is questionable whether the matters you write about exist there.
In any case, the position is not suitable for an Avrech who has just married; he needs to be in an environment of G‑d-fearing people who observe Torah and mitzvos, or at least near such an environment.
May Hashem provide you and your household with livelihood peacefully and abundantly, in a way that allows you to use your talents to strengthen and spread Judaism.
At an auspicious time I will mention all those you wrote about at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
Certainly you are keeping up with the daily study cycles of Chitas (Chumash, Tehillim, Tanya), and your wife surely follows the custom of righteous Jewish women to give charity before lighting candles every Friday and festival eve; at least she should do so from now on.
