במענה על מכתבו בו כותב, אשר נדמה לו אשר אין גורלו מצליח וכו'
והנה יסיח דעתו מכל זה כי אינו אמת, והקב"ה בורא העולם ומנהיגו שהוא עצם הטוב, משגיח על כאו"א מבני ישראל בעניניהם כשעושים הכלים המתאימים לקבלת ברכות בורא העולם שהם עניני התורה והמצוה, ממשיכים הברכות ומקבלים אותם ומצליחים בחיים, וככל שיגדל הבטחון בחסדי השי"ת כן תגדל הברכה ותוקדם, ולכן יסדר חייו שיהיו על פי הוראת תורתנו תורת חיים וימשיך בהמקצוע בו עובד עתה או עבד קודם להמקצוע הזה בזה שיקל יותר עליו להסתדר בו והשי"ת יצליחו.
מהנכון שיבדקו את התפילין שלו שיהיו כשרים כדין ובכל יום אחר תפלת הבקר יאמר איזה סימנים תהלים ועכ"פ סימן אחד בו.

In response to your letter in which you write that it seems to you that your fate is not successful, etc.—set aside all such thoughts because they are not true. The Holy One, blessed be He, Creator and Ruler of the world who is the essence of good, watches over each and every Jew in their affairs. When one makes the proper vessels to receive the Creator's blessings—namely matters of Torah and mitzvah—one draws down blessings, receives them, and succeeds in life. The greater one's trust in the kindnesses of Hashem, the greater and more quickly the blessing will come. Therefore, arrange your life according to the guidance of our Torah of life and continue in the profession you are currently working in or previously worked in—whichever is easier for you to manage—and may Hashem grant you success.
It is advisable to have your tefillin checked to ensure they are kosher according to halachah. Every day after morning prayers say some sections of Tehillim—at least one section per day.
