נעם לי לקבל הבשורה טובה מהרה"ח אי"א נו"נ רב פעלים מו"ה ישראל שי' גארדאן, אשר נקבעה שמירת תקנת אמירת תהלים לאחרי תפלת הבקר בכל יום.
וכידוע עד כמה השתדל בזה כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע ונתפרסמה בקשתו בזה וגם נתקבלה בכו"כ קהלות קדושות בישראל, וגודל הענין ביאר בעל פה וגם בכתב כ"פ וכמבואר גם כן במכתביו שנדפסו בקובץ תהלים.
ויהי רצון אשר ילכו מחיל אל חיל בכל עניניהם, וההתחזקות בתקנה זו האמורה תשמש צנור וגם כלי להוספה בברכות השי"ת בזה ובכל עניניהם ועניני בני ביתם שיחיו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

I was pleased to receive the good news from Haraha"ch iy"a nu"n Rav Pe'alim Moreinu HaRav Yisrael Gordon that the observance of the custom to recite Tehillim after morning prayers every day has been established. As is well known, my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—greatly strove for this matter; his request regarding this was publicized and accepted in many sacred communities among Israel. He explained the greatness of this matter both orally and in writing many times, as is also clarified in his letters printed in the Tehillim collection.
May it be G‑d's will that you go from strength to strength in all your matters, and that strengthening this aforementioned custom will serve as a channel and vessel for increased blessings from Hashem in this and all your affairs and those of your household—both materially and spiritually.
