Regarding what you wrote [1] that I desire that in every Chassidic synagogue the wellsprings should be spread—clearly, you did not consider this carefully at all, because my strong wish and longing is that we should merit to see, speedily and truly, the fulfillment of the prophecy that in every synagogue of Bnei Yisrael, without any distinction whatsoever, they will study Pnimiyus HaTorah. And it is an explicit verse and a clear ruling (Rambam Yesodei HaTorah ch.2 halachah 2: "And it will be seen from them wisdom that has no comparison... to know the great Name..." See also Rambam's commentary on chapter five of Hilchos Yesodei HaTorah for an explanation of this law, which is also quoted in Shulchan Aruch Orach Chaim siman 231. These are wondrous and absolutely clear words).
