In response to your letter from 6/17: You must completely forget what people tell you about witchcraft matters and similar things, because Hashem watches over every individual with specific Divine Providence. One only needs to conduct oneself according to Hashem's will as He has instructed us in His Torah, and then one will see the goodness from Hashem in whatever is needed.
Certainly you keep the good custom of kosher Jewish daughters to give charity every time before lighting candles on Erev Shabbos and Erev Yom Tov. Also, it is necessary to check (inspect) the mezuzos in your home so that they are all kosher according to halachah. May Hashem help you soon be able to report good news regarding all the matters you mentioned in your letter.
