דער מצב פון דער ליובאוויטשער שוהל אין שיקאגא און די אומשטענדן אין וועלכע זי געפינט זיך האבן מיר געבראכט צו דער פעסטע מיינונג, אז ניט נאר קען די שוהל אויסגעהאלטן ווערן און האבן א קיום, נאר אז מען קען אויך און מען מוז אויך פארשטארקן און אויפהויבן די שוהל און אויסברייטערן אלע אירע טעטיקייטן און גוטע פעולות.
דערצו איז אבער נויטיג, אז די וואס זיינען פארבונדן מיט דער שוהל און וועמען דער ענין פון א ליובאוויטשער שוהל איז נאענט און טייער, זאלן טאן אין דעם. און העכסט זעלבסטפארשטענדלעך, אז די עסקנים מוזן זיך צוזאמענריידן בדרכי נועם ושלום ובלב אחד וועגן דער ארבעט און צו זוכן די וועגן און מיטלען ווי אוועקצושטעלן די ליובאוויטשער שוהל אויף דעם ריכטיגסטן באדן און פארזיכערן איר ווייטערע טעטיקייט און אנטוויקלונג.
איר ביידע, צוזאמען מיט הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ בעל מדות וכו' וכו' התמים הרב שלמה זלמן שליט"א העכט, וואס האבן זוכה געווען צו הערן פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע פיעלע מאל וועגן ליובאוויטשער ענינים אין שיקאגא בכלל און בפרט, מוזט זיין פון די ערשטע אין דעם, און אויך איינווירקען אויף אלע אנדערע מעמבערס פון דער שול, אז די אויבענדערמאנטע טעטיקייט זאל געטאן ווערן אין דער פולסטער מאס און אין דער פולסטער קאאפעראציע אין אלע פרטים.

The situation of the Lubavitcher shul in Chicago and the circumstances it finds itself in have brought us to the firm opinion that not only can the shul be sustained and continue to exist, but that it can and must be strengthened, uplifted, and all its activities and good deeds expanded.
However, for this it is necessary that those who are connected with the shul, for whom a Lubavitcher shul is close and dear, should take action in this matter.
And it is absolutely self-evident that the activists must consult together pleasantly and peacefully, with one heart, regarding the work—to seek ways and means to establish the Lubavitcher shul on the best possible foundation and ensure its continued activity and development.
