במענה על מכתבו המהיר עם המוסגר בו שמוחזר בזה, בו שואל עוה"פ בהנוגע להשתדלות דעליית בתו בעלה ובתם שי'[2] לאה"ק ת"ו,
נכון הדבר ואין יסוד לדחות ההשתדלות בזה, ובפרט שבאים אנו מימים דזמן חירותנו שהוציא הקב"ה את כל בני ישראל מן המיצר אל המרחב בשמחה וביד רמה שממשיכים ענין זה על הימים שלאחרי זה, וידוע דרז"ל על הכתוב והימים האלה (כשהם) נזכרים ה"ה גם) נעשים, וק"ל.
ובכתבו לבתו ובעלה שי' מטובו למסור להם פ"ש וברכה אשר יסודרו כל הענינים הקשורים בהנ"ל בנקל ובאופן טוב ויעמיד את כולם בורא עולם ומנהיגו במרחב בגו"ר ומתוך מנוחה.
בודאי מתעסק בהפצת המעינות חוצה ותקותי אשר גם בזה יבשר טוב.

In response to your prompt letter with its enclosure, which is returned herewith, in which you again ask regarding efforts for the aliyah of your daughter, her husband, and their daughter to Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), this is indeed the correct thing to do and there is no basis to delay these efforts. Especially as we are coming from the days of Zman Cheiruseinu (the season of our freedom), when the Holy One, blessed be He, took all the Jewish people from constraint to expansiveness with joy and an outstretched arm—this influence continues into the days that follow. It is well known what our Sages say about the verse 'VeHayamim HaEileh (these days) when they are recalled—they are also enacted,' and this is clear.
When you write to your daughter and her husband, please convey my regards and blessing that all matters connected with the above will be arranged easily and positively, and that the Creator and Ruler of the world will establish them all in broadness, goodness, and tranquility.
Certainly you are involved in spreading the wellsprings outward, and I hope that you will also share good news in this area.
