שלום וברכה!
ימים אלו נתקבל השולחן מעשי ידם להתפאר, נוסף על המנורה שעשוה, שנתקבלה לפני זמן.
ובהביטי ובהתבונני על כלים אלו, תקותי חזקה אשר עושים הם ככל התלוי בהם בשני הקוים דשולחן ומנורה טובים ומשוכללים, ז.א. הגשמיות והרוחניות, וע"פ מאמר רז"ל הידוע, הרוצה שיחכים ידרים ושיעשיר יצפין, וסימנך שלחן בצפון ומנורה בדרום.
אשר בעניני תלמידי ישיבה ובית ספר, הגשמיות והשולחן זהו קיום המצות שתלוים הם בענינים גשמים, והרוחניות והמנורה זהו לימוד התורה חכמתו של הקב"ה.
ובשניהם הן בלימוד התורה והידור בקיום המצות וקדושתן, אמרו חכמינו ז"ל יגעת ומצאת ובתוספת הבטחה, אדם מקדש עצמו מעט מלמטה מקדשין אותו הרבה מלמעלה.
וכיון שזכו שלומדים הם בישיבה בה מתאחדים נגלה דתורה, גופא דאורייתא, ונסתר דתורה פנימיות התורה נשמתא דאורייתא, יהי רצון אשר בריאים יהיו בגופם וכן בנשמתם, ויוסיפו בלימוד התורה בהתמדה ובשקידה ובקיום המצות בהידור, ונותן התורה והמצוה יברכם ואת כל משפחתם מנפש ועד בשר.
בברכת הצלחה ולחג פסח כשר ושמח.

To the students of the craft school in Kfar Chabad, may G‑d be upon you, may you live. Shalom u'Vrachah!
In these days I received the table, a work of your hands to be proud of, in addition to the menorah you made which was received some time ago.
As I look and reflect on these items, my strong hope is that you are doing all that depends on you in both aspects—the table and the menorah—good and perfected; that is, both materially and spiritually. As our Sages famously say: 'He who wishes to become wise should turn southward; he who wishes to become wealthy should turn northward; your sign is: table in the north and menorah in the south.'
For yeshivah and school students, materiality—the table—means fulfilling mitzvos that depend on physical matters; spirituality—the menorah—means Torah study, which is the wisdom of the Holy One blessed be He.
In both areas—Torah study and beautifying mitzvah observance with holiness—our Sages said: 'You have labored and found,' with an added assurance: 'A person sanctifies himself a little below—they sanctify him greatly from above.'
Since you merit learning in a yeshivah where both Nigleh (the revealed part of Torah—the body of Torah) and Nistar (the inner dimension—the soul of Torah) are united, may it be G‑d's will that you be healthy in body as well as soul. May you increase your Torah study with diligence and persistence and fulfill mitzvos with beauty. May the Giver of Torah and mitzvah bless you and all your families—from soul to flesh.
