און השם יתברך זאל העלפען אז זכות פון נשיאנו הק' בכלל וכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא דורנו בפרט, זאל ביישטיין אייך אין אייער ארבעט פון חינוך בנות חב"ד ובהצלחה, אריינציהען וואס מער א גרעסערע צאל פון בנות און אויך אויסברייטערן און פארטיפען דעם לערנען און די ענינים צו וועלכע מען גיט זיך אפ.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter regarding the recent gathering with the study schedule at that time. I was especially pleased to read about the thoughtfulness concerning the farbrengen held a few days earlier, to announce that it should be conducted in an organized manner. This approach benefits not only those who participate and maintain this order but also all attendees, as the merit of the many depends on them. This is also a general principle in all aspects of a person's service: when things are done with order, one sees greater success and progress is much faster and greater.
Therefore, when one invests oneself in this work and has the perseverance to dedicate oneself to communal activity in an orderly way with a previously determined program, it becomes much easier to accomplish and influence than one might have imagined beforehand. One also sees results sooner than expected. May Hashem Yisbarach help that the merit of our holy leaders in general, and especially our Rebbe my father-in-law, leader of our generation, stand by you in your work educating Bnos Chabad with success—drawing in ever more girls and also broadening and deepening the learning and activities you engage in.
