וכפי הנראה אין התפקיד מתאים בשבילו, והרי שם העיקר הוא חוזק המשמעת כפשוטה, ובטח בהתבוננות הראוי' יוכל לנצל כשרונותיו האמיתים בחינוך חב"ד, ויה"ר שיהי' בהצלחה.
בטח מתכוננים באופן המתאים ליום ההילולא הבע"ל, ובפרט שבשנה זו חל ביום הש"ק ושבת דקרי"ס אשר שני הפירושים בזה דהזהר והאריז"ל אמיתים, וכמבואר בדא"ח בכ"מ וידוע פתגם רבנו הזקן, מ'דארף לעבען מיט דער צייט שפירושו בתוכן הסדרה של השבוע.

In response to your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh, in which you write about the proposal to become a mashpia in... and describe your experience in this role. It appears that this position is not suitable for you, as its main aspect is strict discipline in the literal sense. Surely, with proper contemplation, you will be able to utilize your true talents in Chinuch Chabad, and may it be G‑d's will that you succeed.
Surely preparations are being made appropriately for the upcoming yahrzeit, especially since this year it falls on Shabbat Kodesh and Shabbat of Kriat Shema, regarding which both interpretations—the Zohar's and the Arizal's—are true. As explained in many places in Chassidus, it is known that our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe said: 'One must live with the times,' meaning with the content of the weekly Torah portion.
Blessings for good news regarding all of the above.
