נעם לי לקבל מכתבו ממוצש"ק, בו מודיע עכ"פ בכללות מחגיגת יום הבהיר יום גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו, ואשר גם חבריו שי' השתתפו בזה ומסר להם מה שכתבתי אליו, שהרי זה נוגע לכאו"א מהם.
והנה בקשתי שימסרו לו ולכיו"ב מאנ"ש - לתת בשמי מעות חנוכה לאלו מחבריהם הלומדים דא"ח בתוספת הסברה, שפשיטא שאין בזה ח"ו הפלי' כלפי האחרים, אלא שאלו מביניהם הלומדים דא"ח ההתקשרות יתירה יותר, ובפרט ע"פ המבואר בתניא ריש פרק ה' בענין היחוד נפלא שאין יחוד כמוהו וכו' שמזה מובן שאלו מהם הלומדים אותו הלימוד עצמו שגם אני לומד, ע"י ההתאחדות בהלימוד מתאחדים גם הלומדים, ותכונה מיוחדת בזה דוקא בלימוד פנימיות התורה, כמבואר בארוכה במ"א, והנקודה בזה, שפנימיות התורה אין בזה פנים ואחור, שניות, כיון שתוכן הלימוד ופנימיותו מדבר באלקות, בספירות וכו' [משא"כ בלימוד נגלה דתורה (עאכו"כ ענין של חכמה סתם חכמה חיצונית להבדיל) שבנגלה מדובר ע"ד אוחזין בטלית ופנימיות הדברים ענינים רוחנים כמבואר בכ"מ וכמו שאין יחוד מוחלט בהלימוד עצמו כמו"כ אין יחוד גמור בהלומדים וק"ל].
ובטח ימלא בקשתי כפי יכולתו ויודיע התוצאות. והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טוב בטוב הנראה והנגלה הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות ומהמקור לטוב זה כהמאמר אין טוב אלא תורה שממנה משתלשל בעולם.

I was pleased to receive your letter from Motzaei Shabbos Kodesh, in which you report, at least in general terms, about the celebration of the bright day—the day of our redemption and the liberation of our souls—and that your friends also participated and you conveyed to them what I wrote to you, since this concerns each one of them.
My request is that you and others like you among Anash should give, in my name, Chanukah gelt to those of your friends who study Chassidus with added explanation. It is obvious that this is not, G‑d forbid, a matter of favoritism toward others; rather, those among them who study Chassidus have a greater connection. Especially as explained in Tanya at the beginning of chapter 5 regarding the wondrous unity—there is no unity like it—so it is understood that those who study the same subject I am learning become united through this learning, and there is a special quality specifically in studying the inner dimension of Torah, as explained at length elsewhere. The point here is that in the inner dimension of Torah there are no 'faces and backs,' no duality, since its content speaks about G‑dliness, Sefiros, etc. (Unlike the study of Nigleh of Torah—and certainly not just any wisdom external to holiness—where Nigleh discusses matters like 'holding onto a garment,' and its inner meaning involves spiritual concepts as explained elsewhere; just as there is not absolute unity within the study itself, so too there isn't complete unity among those studying it.)
Certainly you will fulfill my request to the best of your ability and inform me of the results.
May Hashem grant you success to share good news—good that is visible and revealed both materially and spiritually—and from the source of this good as stated: 'There is no good except Torah,' from which all good descends into the world.
