און אין דער צייט ווען יעדע מעגלעכקייט דארף געגעבן ווערען - אז די ישיבות תומכי-תמימים זאלען אנהאלטען זייער אנטוויקלונג און אויסברייטערונג - ראנגלען זיי זיך מיט דעם אלץ-וואקסענדעם דעפיציט אין צוגאב צו דעם שאפען פון דעם לויפענדען ביודזשעט.
איך ווענד זיך מיט א הארציגען רוף צו אלעמען וועמען תורה איז טייער און וועלכע אנערקענען די לעבענס-נויטווענדיקייט פון אמת'ע אידישקייט אין אמעריקע:
רופט זיך אפ מיט א ברייטער האנד און שיקט באלד אריין אייער גרעסט-מעגלעכע באשטייערונג פאר די ליובאוויטשער ישיבות תומכי-תמימים. אייער הילף אין דעם מאמענט וועט זיין א דבר בעתו!

The financial situation of the Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch Yeshivos compels us to publicly issue a special call for help. For decades, the Lubavitcher Yeshivos have served as the greatest strongholds of pure Torah with awe of Heaven.
It is also well known what kind of revival and spirit of life the Lubavitcher Yeshivos in America have brought into Jewish life here since their transplantation in the year 5700 (1940) by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
And at this time, when every effort must be made so that the Tomchei Temimim Yeshivos can continue their development and expansion, they are struggling with an ever-growing deficit in addition to the challenge of meeting their ongoing budget.
I turn with a heartfelt appeal to all for whom Torah is precious and who recognize the vital necessity of true Judaism in America: respond with a generous hand and send your greatest possible contribution for the Lubavitcher Tomchei Temimim Yeshivos without delay. Your help at this moment will be truly timely!
And may the merit of supporting Torah during these days of mercy and favor bring that the One Who gives the Torah will grant you and your entire household a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year.
