In response to your letter from the beginning of the month of mercy. Surely you are searching, and then you will find, also connections at the consulate in order to expedite the efforts for the appropriate time.
Regarding what you wrote about whether it is necessary to repeat by heart or also from a text, the main point is that the words should come from the heart, since the purpose is to affect the listeners. Words enter the listener's heart when they come from the speaker's heart; that means what matters is that it be sincere and effective.
Certainly one does not suffice with speaking once with Mrs... may she live, and continues in this matter. Especially since there are things she is careful about, and it is known from Pirkei Avot that one mitzvah brings another mitzvah. May Hashem grant you success.

The precision: In the secretariat's letter to him dated 24 Menachem Av: According to the Rebbe shlita's instruction he is being sent this demand letter, on condition that there will be benefit for many through his repeating chassidic discourses and holy talks which he will merit to hear from the Rebbe shlita during his stay here, when he returns – by reviewing them upon his return. Summary
The Rebbe teaches that heartfelt words have true power to influence others spiritually. Sincerity in sharing Torah ensures it reaches and inspires listeners deeply, while ongoing effort and connection bring further blessings and success.
