נעם לי לקרות מכתבו משני בחדש אלול הוא חדש הרחמים, בו כותב אשר עלה בידו ובידי זוגתו תחי' לפעול בעניני תורה ומצות וחסידות במשך שהותם בהאטעל.
ויה"ר שהצלחתם בזה תוסיף חשיקה וחפיצה להמשיך בכגון דא להבא שהחפיצה והחשיקה יגלו גם כחות הנעלמים נוסף על כחות הגלוים, ושאז לא רק שתהי' תוספת בפעולה אלא שההוספה תהי' גם באין ערוך, כי הרי אין ערוך בין כחות הנעלמים לכחות הגלוים, וכיון שמדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה, אלא שכמה פעמים ככה מתוסף גם בברכות השי"ת באין ערוך בענינים הפרטים ובהמשכה מההעלם, ומובן ופשוט שעניני הבריאות בכלל זה ולראשונה, כי הרי היות הגוף בריא ושלם מדרכי השם הוא.
בודאי ימצא אותיות המתאימות לבאר לזוגתו שתליט"א את האמור שהרי גם לה חלק בפעולות האמורות וככתבו בזה.

I was pleased to read your letter from the second of the month of Elul, the month of mercy, in which you write that you and your wife have succeeded in matters of Torah, mitzvos, and Chassidus during your stay at the hotel.
May it be His will that your success in this will increase your desire and enthusiasm to continue with such activities in the future; that this desire and enthusiasm will also reveal hidden strengths in addition to those already revealed. Then not only will there be an increase in action, but this increase will be incomparable—since there is no comparison between hidden and revealed strengths. And since the measure of the Holy One is measure for measure—except that many times over it is increased—so too will incomparable blessings from Hashem be added to you in all personal matters and with a drawing down from concealment. It is understood and obvious that matters of health are included in this—and foremost—since having a healthy and complete body is one of the ways of Hashem.
Surely you will find appropriate words to explain to your wife (may she live long) what was said above, for she too has a share in these activities as you wrote about.
